Thanks for the great service provided by Sam. We were looking for a economical runabout after our much loved little Toyota Echo was hit while parked and written off. We had our eyes set on a Nissan Note E Power for which there there were a few in the yard at Portage Sam helped us with picking the one he thought was best suited. A few minor scratches and a small dent were sorted straight away and the paperwork done and dusted without any issues. We have only driven the Note for a few days now but it is a fantastic little car. We hope to have a long reliable run out of it like our last car. We recommend Portage Cars if you are on the lookout for a new ride and great service.

We recently purchased a Volvo through Portage Cars Auckland and worked with Shane throughout the whole process.
From the very first contact, Shane was professional, approachable, and incredibly accommodating.

He arranged to take a deposit to hold the car for us over Christmas, which gave us real peace of mind. When we flew up to collect the vehicle, Shane even picked us up from the airport and made the handover in person, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.
On the drive back to Otago we noticed a small oil leak. Raising this with Shane, he responded immediately, organised for the car to be checked at a local garage, and then supported having the repair carried out.
His after sales care was outstanding and really showed that his commitment doesn’t stop once the car leaves the yard.
Shane has genuinely provided a 360 degree service from start to finish.
Based on this experience, we will absolutely be looking to Portage Cars– and to Shane – as our first point of contact for our next car purchase

Had a wonderful experience at Portage Cars New Lynn! Sagar was highly knowledgeable, attentive and an all round superstar. He made the process incredibly smooth and we enjoyed every moment. I found my perfect car, which was in amazing condition, as were all of their cars! It didn’t have Bluetooth but Sagar very promptly let me know they could organise for Apple play to be installed! Went looking for a new(ish) car recently. My partner found Portage Motors, and met the delightful sales rep, John. As soon as Mark mentioned what vehicle we had had, and loved, John showed him a similar little beautie. A great car that sat right within our budget. John was straight forward and honest, and sorted a test drive the next day for me. SOLD! All paperwork that I requested was forthcoming with no hesitation. Would highly recommend this company.
